The most crucial infrastructure in any institute is its teaching faculty. It is the mind that runs machines. It is the teaching faculty which develops, hones minds. So ……

due care has been taken to appoint faculty which is well versed in the subject concerned. Wherever possible, researchers in the concerned field have been called upon to teach the subject.
The teaching faculty is a judicious mix of both experience and youth. While seasoned teachers have a great wealth of experience, the younger have more zeal.
